I needed a top lock with a plate cover and not really knowing what locksmiths do besides let you in when you're locked out I didn't realize at first that I needed to call one. I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed by the service I figured I had to share. Found Royal Locksmith Store online because of their rave reviews, loved that they displayed prices online, and after writing then about setting up an appointment, Jerry replied almost immediately and we set up an appointment for the next day. Jerry showed up on time actually 3 min early and went to work. Apparently my door has some issues because it is crooked but Jerry made it work and reassured me that it was still super safe. Price was exactly what was displayed online so there were no surprises. We managed to get ourselves locked out of an interior door in our house, and we called Royal Locksmith Store of course, based on the reviews online. The tech quickly gave us a call back from our message and gave us a reasonable price which was way cheaper than some other places we called before him. I don't anticipate needing a locksmith again (fingers crossed), but if I do, I will definitely be giving Royal Locksmith Store a call again when i need them.

We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more.
