I needed a deadbolt replacement, and figured there’s only one way to know for certain – try them out. I called Exclusive Locksmith Service, the dispatcher promised to send the team within fifteen minutes. I received a follow-up call stating the team would be five minutes late to the stipulated time. And sure enough, twenty minutes later, John and David were at my doorstep and got the job done quickly. Excellent coordination, friendly technicians, good response and professional demeanor - Exclusive Locksmith Service deserves every bit of the praise it has received and is definitely the best in Reston, VA 20194… Will call again for sure!

After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. In fact, I was so frustrated at losing the keys and not being able to get in, that I was contemplating breaking a window to gain access. He also enquired about the damage on the window that I was too embarrassed to admit was done by me. The next time something like this happens to me, instead of doing something really stupid, calling Exclusive Locksmith Service would be my first port of call! It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. Though I'm glad I chose to wear shoes, I had nothing besides (thankfully) my cell phone in tow so the first thing I did was call Exclusive Locksmith Service. Wow, just wow. Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). I called Mike to see if he could assist. I was eventually able to get myself in, but Mike still insisted on coming by to see if there was any further adjustments he could make. He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this. Let me stress that Mike had already fixed the cylinder lock the first time; this extra work was his awesome and generous service in full effect. I cannot remember the last time I had service this great. Exclusive Locksmith Service is the BEST!!!!

Today I locked myself out of my apartment and my apartment does not have lock out service. "Call the Locksmith!" Thanks to Online search I was able to find this place and I am totally impressed with the service. I felt like a valued customer because they treated me with such high regard.... But we all know that I needed them and was really desperate! I got updates about the arrival time and Eddie worked tirelessly to open the commercial grade lock on my apartment door. I lost the combination to my office safe and there were important files locked within that I needed to present to my boss by noon. I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. All my neighbors had it and I just didn’t wanna be the ‘outdated’ guy! Within two weeks, the lock stopped working and there I was, left locked outside my own home. I decided to call the shop that had sold me the useless lock in the first place, but they were closed for the day.
