It was one of those unexpected moments – I’d just stepped out of my apartment to pick up the newspaper and milk when a gust of wind slammed the door shut. Standing in my PJs, I felt utterly embarrassed. I didn’t even have my phone with me to call for help. Thankfully, Jess, my neighbor, checked in on me and called up Safe & Key Locksmith Service. Barely ten minutes had passed, David had arrived and worked his locksmithing magic on my lock – and it opened a few seconds later. He was kind enough to alter the lock so it didn’t happen again. Great service! And the best part was the prices – it cost me next to nothing.

Standing in my PJs, I felt utterly embarrassed. I didn’t even have my phone with me to call for help. Thankfully, Jess, my neighbor, checked in on me and called up Safe & Key Locksmith Service. Phenomenal service! I wasn’t expecting them for at least another hour, despite the technician promising me an arrival time of 20 minutes. But Gary from Safe & Key Locksmith Service got there within 15 minutes, and helped me set up the new locks I’d just brought. He even doled out a few valuable tips to maintain the locks for free. FIVE STARS!!!

Turns out, I’ve been living under a false sense of security all these years. The consultation came in free and I was charged nominally for the upgrades and repairs. Definitely feel like my home security has gone up a notch. Do you live in Hyde Park? If so, you must give them a call!!!

Called Safe & Key Locksmith Service to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed.
If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless.
They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously? Safe & Key Locksmith Service Company to call 617-514-9933.

Henrry set me up with a new lock when I needed it most: Top lock stuck and main lock falling apart, and the super was supposed to have it fixed today, but never showed.
I was in a bad place and Henrry came through.
On the phone, he listened to me and quoted me accurately and clearly. Once he came in the apartment, it was clear the right man had showed up. In less than a minute Henrry told me the problem, solution, and cost.
Henrry is about authentically warm and honest a guy as I've ever met.
