Amazing! Henrry set me up with a new lock when I needed it most: Top lock stuck and main lock falling apart, and the super was supposed to have it fixed today, but never showed. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. Talk about quick and responsive service - Locksmith & Key Shop is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price. Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Locksmith & Key Shop made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. Great service from Locksmith & Key Shop. I needed a lock repaired and even though it wasn't urgent they were able to come out the same day. The locksmith was fast, professional, and did the job right. The price seemed fair. I would definitely use Locksmith & Key Shop again!

If I could give 10 stars I would! My situation was a sticky one and let's just say that John was incredibly professional, reliable, empathic, and 100% solid! First, I live in the Sun City, AZ and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Locksmith & Key Shop and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Locksmith & Key Shop to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!
