Most of the locksmiths I’ve hired are a complete sham. Tricked into buying unnecessary stuff, and charged an overpriced rate for even basic services, I’d finally concluded that an honest, reliable locksmith was hard to come by. Is it just me or has this happened to anyone else? Anyway, last month I ended up losing the spare keys to my home and like always I started looking for a locksmith who could help me, hoping that the one I hire now would be better than the last. I have a million reasons to be grateful to Joe! The dedication he shows and his skill is something other locksmiths in Woodcliff Lake, NJ ought to take a cue from. I was on my way to the neighboring locality from Woodcliff Lake, NJ when a short break I took spelled out doom for me. I’d inadvertently locked the keys in the car and there was not a soul in sight who could give me a ride or get assistance. These guys are great - they're going by Express Locksmith Store. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.

Just had my cylinder lock for my apartment changed by Express Locksmith Store , Joel. He was absolutely amazing and fast! Joel was very friendly and explained everything about the lock that I currently had as well as the new lock. I will definitely be referring the business to other friends....Got the best bang for my buck AND I feel safe! whoot, whoot!

Everything the rest of the Online say is true, which is why I called these guys. They are simply the best - reasonably priced, professional, speedy. It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Woodcliff Lake, NJ , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called <Company Nmae> and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.) He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.) He got my into my apartment in no time. I will never call another locksmith, ONLY TO: Express Locksmith Store.

You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside. My friends all quickly jumped in with horror stories about how much they had to pay when this happened to them, but after a little yelping, I came upon Express Locksmith Store. Kobbi called me back that morning and despite it being the friday before Labor Day, said that he would stop by on his way out of town. While waiting for Jay I'd run into a neighbor who'd told me his sob story about how this had just happened to him and he had to pay something like $120, but even though my door had some crazy security bar on it, Kobbi managed to get it open and for only $50! I stepped out to get the morning newspaper and unfortunately the door slammed shut behind me. I tried opening it but failed miserably. To top it off, the food was in the oven and I just didn't know what to do. I called the apartment supervisor who immediately called for Express Locksmith Store - they were my saviors.
