Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Master Lock & Key Store after finding their number on http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it!
