I tried placing a call, but my call kept dropping and I resorted to typing an email though I knew that the chances of someone paying attention to my email were next to none. It was unbelievable when I got a response to my service request within ten minutes assuring me of help. Dave got there within ten minutes and helped me get back in my car! Had it not been for Liberty Locksmith Store, I would have probably had to abandon my car in search of a towing service or for better cell reception. Thanks to Dave and his awesome team, I didn’t have to go through all that hassle! Definitely recommend them, especially for emergency situations! The BEST in Salt Lake City , UT!

Jerry and John at Liberty Locksmith Store were great. The problem I had with my door lock wasn't something they could fix, unfortunately, but the responsiveness, the flexibility with scheduling, and the recommendations they offered were all very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for work that I needed. Very professional.

Everything the rest of the Online say is true, which is why I called these guys. They are simply the best - reasonably priced, professional, speedy. It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Salt Lake City , UT , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called Liberty Locksmith Store and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.) He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.) He got my into my apartment in no time. I will never call another locksmith, ONLY TO: Liberty Locksmith Store.

After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Liberty Locksmith Store to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.

I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to Liberty Locksmith Store. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Liberty Locksmith Store I talked to a person in Salt Lake City , UT right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Liberty Locksmith Store has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

First, I live in the Salt Lake City , UT and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Liberty Locksmith Store and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Liberty Locksmith Store to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

Boy am I glad my fiance found Liberty Locksmith Store online. We just moved to Salt Lake City , UT and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Salt Lake City , UT to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.
