Excellent work done! I needed an effective system to track employee movement within the office and City Locksmith Shop came up with an ingenious solution. They suggested setting up card access systems in various zones that can record the check-in and check-out times of employees. I got a good bargain on the locks and the entire service was carried out overnight, after the employees had left. The locksmith I used to hire before City Locksmith Shop insisted on being there during work timings and the prices didn’t come too easy on the pockets. What can i say about these guys that hasn't already been said? They were able to squeeze me in the day that I called and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. Honest to God, it doesn't get better than City Locksmith Shop. Tech was on time, he's quick and efficient, he's cheap, and he's REAL pretty. Seriously- you can't find anything better from this company.

I literally have nothing bad to say about these City Locksmith Shop. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Chicago, IL and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the City Locksmith Shop website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

The problem I had with my door lock wasn't something they could fix, unfortunately, but the responsiveness, the flexibility with scheduling, and the recommendations they offered were all very helpful. I think the guy I had was Dave from Expert Locksmith Store he was great! Very quick and very professional. He was also very flexible with timing when I kept changing my schedule around. I had him install a chain lock for me and I already had the lock he just had to drill it in. Good price as well, so many other companies tried to rip me off for this simple job. Definitely will use again!!!

I just literally moved into my new apartment, and I locked myself out. Snowy, yucky day... I called City Locksmith Shop Avi came out and undid my lock in like ten minutes.

I ended up with the deadbolt for the simple fact that I can take it with me.
