Service? Excellent Punctuality? On the dot Pricing? Pocket friendly What more could I ask for? Locksmith & Lock Store fits my criteria of a perfect locksmith to the tee. Speaking from experience, I must say, the firm is no doubt the best in Boston, MA 02121. Five stars!!! Do try them out! They provide a wide range of services. I’d heard all about high security locks and I also knew how expensive they were. But with Locksmith & Lock Store I got a fairly good deal, in fact, it was the best deal of all the five firms I’d contacted. I scheduled the installation after work hours so that daily office activity would not take a hit. The team from Locksmith & Lock Store got there five minutes before 10 pm and took less than an hour to complete the installation. They even noticed a rusted door hinge and replaced it. Very professional and efficient! FLAT RATES! No extra charges for calling them so late! I would recommend them to all in Boston, MA looking for a reliable locksmith!

We had Locksmith & Lock Store come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. We ended up just getting the existing locks changed, and he was able to make us copies of the new keys. Highly recommended. I'd call them again for service. Thanks!
