But with Locksmith & Lock Store I got a fairly good deal, in fact, it was the best deal of all the five firms I’d contacted. I scheduled the installation after work hours so that daily office activity would not take a hit. The team from Locksmith & Lock Store got there five minutes before 10 pm and took less than an hour to complete the installation. They even noticed a rusted door hinge and replaced it. Very professional and efficient! FLAT RATES! No extra charges for calling them so late! I would recommend them to all in Boston, MA looking for a reliable locksmith!

We had Locksmith & Lock Store come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. We ended up just getting the existing locks changed, and he was able to make us copies of the new keys. Highly recommended. I'd call them again for service. Thanks!

Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." So anyway, I asked one store if they could refer a company who does onsite service. They did, and I got a quote for about $350. Locksmith & Lock Store - who I found on here - was able to do it for half that. They were helpful, patient, and clear.
