We were installing a new door, but the carpenter was having trouble installing the lock on it. Called Aqua Locksmith Store and requested them to come in right away because we’d be unable to lock our door that night. They agreed and sent a locksmith to my place in less than twenty minutes. The carpenter, however, hadn’t finished his work, but Dave didn’t complain and waited patiently. After that, it barely took Dave five minutes to install the lock. Jerry of Aqua Locksmith Store came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to Aqua Locksmith Store. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Aqua Locksmith Store I talked to a person in Columbus, OH right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Aqua Locksmith Store has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.
