I couldn’t seek help from anyone – it was past midnight and the towing services I called told me ‘regretfully’ that they didn’t extend services outside the heart of the city to inaccessible locations. For a moment, I considered abandoning my vehicle there and taking a cab or a ride back home. But the freeway was completely empty and so I ruled that out. I was starting to freak out and made frantic phone calls to a couple of my friends. One of them suggested I call City Locksmith Shop. They instantly agreed to provide assistance. Dave drove up all the way to the ‘inaccessible’ location within ten minutes. After that, it only took him minutes to unlock my vehicle.
Their number 623-518-1111 is going down on my contact lists, so that the next time I found myself in a sticky situation, I wouldn’t be left helpless. Hands down, the best locksmiths in the Glendale, AZ region. I highly recommend!

This is my second time already that I'd left my keys in the apt and the first time I call these guys. They answered the call promptly on a Sunday evening and the locksmith came in about 20 mins, sooner than I expected. He did quick work on my door and after a few jiggle: pop! The door opens. When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends. Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that City Locksmith Shop had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone! City Locksmith Shop is the company to call when you will need a Locksmith Service!!
