Boy am I glad my fiance found Affordable Locksmith Services online. We just moved to Madison, TN and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Madison, TN to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. I called Affordable Locksmith Services today because I am moving out of an apartment and wanted to swap out the lock that I had installed for the one that was there when I moved in. Ben, the locksmith, showed up on time 5 min early actually and even taught me how to do it myself in the future. It was done quickly. Ben is very personable and as an added bonus, he's a total cutie!! In a nutshell, great service at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them.

FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!! We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. We were left with a $140 bill and a busted lock! We called General Locksmith Store to come fix it at 10:30 PM. They were here in 17 minutes, fixed the lock and hardly charged us anything. i needed a deadbolt installed on my door and Jay was very helpful in choosing the right one for me without pressuring me towards the more expensive options. I made an appointment to have it installed that day but a couple hours after the agreed upon time I called to find out what had happened. Dave was extremely apologetic and got to the bottom of the problem right away. Turns out the guy that was supposed to install it had to go to the hospital! Can't be mad at a guy that literally couldn't make it to my apt. Nevertheless Jay told to pick anytime and he would personally install it, plus 50% off to make up for the missed appointment.
