These guys are great - they're going by Central Lock Key Store. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.

Called Central Lock Key Store to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed. If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Central Lock Key Store had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone! Everything the rest of the Online say is true, which is why I called these guys. They are simply the best - reasonably priced, professional, speedy. It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Tualatin, OR , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called _Company Nmae> and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.) He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.) He got my into my apartment in no time. I will never call another locksmith, ONLY TO: Central Lock Key Store.
