Good job guys! The lock looks as good as new and works seamlessly. Unlike a few other firms I’d made enquiries to, Express Locksmith Store was the only firm that said they could fix the lock, instead of replacing it. Mind you, I saved a significant sum of money due to it. I highly recommend them to all in Horsham, PA. These guys are up for any challenge you throw at them. FIVE STARS! Will definitely hire again!

I needed a transponder key made. The one that I had I’d lost it somewhere and had been using public transportation to commute to work ever since. Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Express Locksmith Store is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Horsham, PA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!

I'm right there with everyone else - Express Locksmith Store absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing. What more could you ask for?

Quick and great Locksmith Service. Price is the best in the area! I called and he came within 10-15 (probably depends on the area though) and literally opened my front door in a minute! Express Locksmith Store are amazing!!!!! Locked my keys in my apartment and was afraid I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get inside.
