Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. When I saw all the amazing reviews, I thought "can a locksmith really be this great?" Yes. They Can. I got locked out of my apartment the other night, with a busted doorknob that wouldn't turn. All County Locksmith Store had a bunch of other jobs but made sure to keep in touch with me and let me know what time he'd be there. Showed up in an hour and within 10 minutes, my door was opened. And he completely fixed my doorknob all for under $100 late night. Mike the tech doesn't want to rip you off, and you can tell he really wants to do a great job and be friendly while also helping the customer out.

Today I checked my previous reviews and realized that I've never put a review for this wonderful business. Erick had helped my wife and I install a new door lock in our home about 2 years ago in Beech Grove, IN. He is super professional and made the process very painless. Normally this would be a 4 star review but after the new lock install our door malfunctioned causing the lock be stuck closed.
