I'm right there with everyone else - Estate Locksmith Store absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing. "AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? OMFG... thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! literally turned what could have been a mini meltdown and a horrible day into sunshine and butterflies. The guy who came to help me out from Estate Locksmith Store only left me waiting like 20 minutes even though when I called he was on the UES. He was so nice and popped the door open in a jiffy for a flat rate of... wait for it... 49 bucks. that's kind of amazing. he even fixed my door so that I never automatically get locked out again. What can i say about these guys that hasn't already been said? They were able to squeeze me in the day that I called and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it.
