Called Metro Master Locksmith to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed. If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. "I generally don’t write reviews but my story simply cannot be left unsaid. It was one of my regular trips back home. I work late shifts and pick up food from a local café every night. This time, however, I forgot to retrieve my car keys and it was only after I had slammed the door shut behind me did I realize what I’d just done! There wasn’t any public transportation available at that hour, and I didn’t have enough money to pay up a towing service either. The guy at the café handed out Metro Master Locksmith’s number to me.
