I’ve always found them to be very accommodating and arrive right on time with everything they need to get the job done. Never once has a technician from Metro Master Locksmith returned to the store to fetch something he missed out. Work gets done very fast, which means I don’t have to spend hours supervising it. Metro Master Locksmith was able to send John on the very same day - which was fortunate because I made the original problem a lot worse by fiddling with things. John did great work and was very pleasant and courteous. And I thought the final price was definitely reasonable. As with all service providers, I hope to never have a problem requiring them to come around again, but I would most certainly call Metro Master Locksmith should the need arise. I have contracted Metro Master Locksmith thrice for my firm. They were able to give an upfront price based on the pictures of the locks we sent, which saved a lot of hassle for both parties. After we’d finalized it all, Gary and his team from Metro Master Locksmith dropped by and were super quick at their job. They managed to make around 25 keys on site and all the keys work without a hitch. If my firm ever needs a locksmith again, I’ll be 100% comfortable with calling Metro Master Locksmith - they’re the best in Oak Park, IL, after all!!!

After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Metro Master Locksmith to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.
