Its good to know that there are still great roofers out there. I had a roofing leak and gutter problem for a year now and had two other roofers out and they did not fix the leak in my roof, they did fix the gutter which was not a big deal to me the leak was my main goal. Both roofers told me that I needed a new roof I did not understand why I needed a new roof. Even when they tried to explain why it did not make sense to me, my roof was only 12 to 15 years old I did not understand and they was not clear anyway,so I called a friend for advice he told me about John his roofer for many years. I called JLDconstruction John to come to my house and look at my problem, John was very sympathetic and professional he told me that he could repair the leak and it would last for a number of years, and best of all I did not need a new roof for a long time like 8 to 10 years wow! that's a lot better then being told I need a new roof now like the other roofers told me. So John did the work and it has rained 2 or 3 times now and no leak John called me after the first rain to make sure it was ok! love that about this Co. I have had a new bathroom remodel and a roof replacement from john and I love both jobs he did for me. And he's prices are comperble with other contractors I got bids from.
