I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Safe & Key Locksmith Service. And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them. I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Safe & Key Locksmith Service! Dave arrived in less than 15 minutes and being a complete pro, he handed out the copy key in minutes. Safe & Key Locksmith Service has redefined the levels of customer service. Tired of losing my keys over and over again, I decided to do something about it. All my neighbors had those tech-savvy electronic keypad locks installed, and I wanted one too. A trip down the hardware store and a $100 bill later, I finally thought this was going to put an end to my key-loss woes – but I was wrong. Barely a week passed before I found myself staring at a dead lock that refused to let me in. My neighbor suggested that I ring up Safe & Key Locksmith Service for help, which I did. Within 15 minutes, Joe arrived, took one look at the lock and dismissed it as a cheap imitation of a Schlage lock. I couldn’t believe I had spent so much money on a worthless lock. Oh my god, these guys are great. I've lived in Alexandria, VA for 11 years and have had some horrendous experiences with locksmiths. These guys are totally professional and truly good people. It's a flat rate, Yader showed up perfectly on time and changing the lock took him 2 seconds. I'd highly highly recommend this service. If anything, it'll give you a little more faith in the world.

LOVE Safe & Key Locksmith Service ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off! I had just moved into my condo and so many people promised to help put in my deadbolt lock and time after time, they would never show up. I knew it was time to call in a professional, after reading all the reviews I decided to reach out to Safe & Key Locksmith Service. Holy Moley! Not only is he great too look at, but he does a great job and cleans up after wards. Ahhhh if more men were like that! Leave me wanting more!! lol!!
