I was saved the hassle of going all the way to the hardware store for keys. I came across this site https://www.Johnston.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Services.com and figured that doorstep service is what I needed right now – and I was willing to pay more for it. Joe from Neighborhood Locksmith arrived quickly and got the keys made. I could definitely see a marked difference in the workmanship. And the best was saved for last – the bill! There were no extra charges!!! From now on, I’m not going anywhere to get help with locks and keys, because I know Neighborhood Locksmith can provide me superior services right where I need it. Live in Johnston, RI? Count yourself lucky! Hire them!

Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Neighborhood Locksmith folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Neighborhood Locksmith !!!

This is proof that you shouldn't call any service provider without checking Online first. Saw the reviews on Neighborhood Locksmith and prayed they would service in Johnston, RI. My Medico lock became misaligned and we knocked it clear off when we slammed the door. Called Neighborhood Locksmith. They are, courteous, professional and honest (yes, I said HONEST) and did't take advantage of someone because they were in a vulnerable position. I recently had a locksmith after we evicted a tenant and they took full advantage of us. Wish I would have known about this place at that time. Thanks Neighborhood Locksmith !
