DON'T DO IT!!!
I recently booked a Cruise through this Agency and after numerous attempts to get answers and information, NO ONE responded. I did not receive notice of my trip or any correspondence until I reached out SEVEN times before I finally received a response about my final payment date. I was never provided a link to make payments and therefore, being notified of my final due date TWO days prior, left me needing an extension of a few days.
I reached out to Carnival and they could not talk to me, because I booked through an Agency; however, they stated that granting an extension would not be an issue and my Agent would need to call. I immediately called my Agent who in turn told me she would call Carnival. Two days later, I checked my bank account and I received a refund from Carnival MINUS $500 that I had paid in!!!
This Agency was of NO HELP and I am now out a Vacation and $500!!!
Please do your research, there are others that I spoke with who used Northcutt and had the SAME issue!!! I do NOT recommend them WHATSOEVER!!!
