A hectic day at work later, I found myself confronting a stubborn lock that refused to unlock. The years of persistent usage had finally started to show. The worst part was that it was now half past ten and any chances of seeking help from a locksmith were slim. Thankfully, my neighbor who witnessed the entire event passed on this number 973-864-3114 to me. I called them up and was immediately connected with a friendly dispatcher who assured to send help within fifteen minutes. Sure enough, a van from Locksmith & Key Store pulled up on the driveway well ahead of the estimated time. Eric unlocked the door and managed to fix the troublesome lock in no time. He advised me against using the lock for long, since it was way past its life cycle and needed a replacement.
I’m calling Eric the next week to get that lock replaced and am meanwhile writing this review to let everyone know just how awesome the team at Locksmith & Key Store is! I highly recommend them to all in Parsippany, NJ 07054..

Unlike a few other firms I’d made enquiries to, Locksmith & Key Store was the only firm that said they could fix the lock, instead of replacing it. Mind you, I saved a significant sum of money due to it. I highly recommend them to all in Parsippany, NJ. These guys are up for any challenge you throw at them. FIVE STARS! I called Locksmith & Key Store and was able to make an appointment for the next day. He took down my information and we made an appointment for an hour window. He showed up as scheduled and was able to re-key my home in under 20 minutes! 3 Locks total - keyed alike; he even gave extra spare keys!
Robert is super professional and the price is just right. I paid more than 100$ for my last rental to be re-keyed for only 2 locks! I highly recommend his Locksmith Service in Parsippany, NJ

I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends.
