I was in no position to leave the side of my car and get help. My 2-year old daughter was locked inside the car and my phone battery was also about to die. Helpless, I called nearly every other locksmith I could find online, but was only met with a negative response. Hoping against hope, I kept dialing numbers, believing that the next one would bring me the needed help. And I finally found it, once I dialed 401-262-3025. Super Locksmith Services sent help within ten minutes, and the technician, Edward, was able to unlock the car quickly. My wife lost the key and fob to my car. This was the 4th business I called to get a quote to come out and reprogram a key and key fob. Dave came out within 45 minutes of my call. He quickly got to work and asked if I wanted the key fob as well and showed me the same type I had before. The whole service was about half of what the 3 other places quoted me. You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). After I got locked out of my master bedroom, I contacted nearly three firms prior to calling Super Locksmith Services. After waiting pointlessly for around three-hours, I turned to the internet. I figured I needed a company in Providence, RI that had good reviews and found Super Locksmith Services. Support arrived within half an hour! I couldn’t be happier! Ron made a huge effort to unlock it without having to drill the lock – and he succeeded! Saved me money on a replacement! He also modified the lock so that I didn’t get locked out again. Fast service at affordable service! Worthy of praise! Hats off to a great team! Five stars for Super Locksmith Services!!!!
