Sure enough, City Locksmith Store was great – and this is coming from a person who is very nitpicky. They were on time, had a vast collection of locks, and offered me a great price on the best ones. I can’t recommend City Locksmith Store enough! Found them online on https://www.EastOrange.City-Locksmith-Store.com and called them up for an estimate on rekeying all the locks in my new home. Since they quoted the lowest price among a dozen different locksmiths I had called earlier, I hired them! True to their word, I wasn’t charged a penny more than the quoted price and they managed to do an excellent job. Guess all the other locksmiths in East Orange, NJ should take a cue from them. I even got an extra set of keys for all the locks, completely free of cost. Thank you guys! Will I hire them again? YES, and you should too – they’re simply the BEST!

I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed by the service I figured I had to share. Found City Locksmith Store online because of their rave reviews, loved that they displayed prices online, and after writing then about setting up an appointment, Jerry replied almost immediately and we set up an appointment for the next day. Jerry showed up on time actually 3 min early and went to work. Apparently my door has some issues because it is crooked but Jerry made it work and reassured me that it was still super safe. Price was exactly what was displayed online so there were no surprises. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, City Locksmith Store are the BEST in East Orange, NJ !!!! - if you need a locksmith now you will know who to call.

I needed a top lock with a plate cover and not really knowing what locksmiths do besides let you in when you're locked out I didn't realize at first that I needed to call one. When i check online its help me to find City Locksmith Store and thank goodness. Scott set up an appointment for a few days later, called the day of to let me know how his schedule was going, showed up early with warning, and did an all around awesome job. Afterward he explained to me what he'd done and why and made sure everything was working for me before he left. The flat fee meant no surprises. These guys are the best in East Orange, NJ.

This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called City Locksmith Store - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!
