Do not hire these fakes! They are not from the US. They are from Russia claiming they live in North Hollywood. I physically stopped by at the address and there is no WebWorksAgency there. The building is apartments for lease only. Oleg, who claims to live in Burbank, and is very busy with meetings and conferences is a fake. He may respond via phone and give you peace of mind that your website is going to be the best quality ever. After I sent them a deposit, 2 weeks after good acting they disappeared on me without sending me anything. If you look up Oleg Barkovski, it shows a picture of a young man while his voice on the phone sounds like a man in his 60's. They are professional actors. This fake company needs to be ceased immediately.

What can I say... If there is one word to describe webworks - that would be AWESOME! Our project took a month, but Oleg never gave up on us and was always professional and available 24-7. He is also very reasonable in terms of $$, which is always appreciated. :) I have already directed a few people to webworks and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly professional web developer. Thanks Oleg!!

Do not use this company. I hired Oleg Barkovski to create and design me an original website. which is explained on the invoice he provided me. Instead he bought a $59 template and passed it off as his work. He never explained to me that he would be using a template for my job and acted as though he was working hard at designing the site by missing deadlines and having coding problems. Oleg refused to give me my refund even though I caught on to his scam. he is scamming unknowing people by charging them $1000+ for a $59 template with very minor changes that would take maybe an hour to do. Some designers may use templates but I'm sure they explain this to there clients and don't try and make it seem like the client is getting a one of a kind website when 1000's can have the same design. He didn't even try to add anything extra to the design its exactly the same minus some colors. Don't use this company they are scamming hard working individuals for there money.
