After I read about a break-in at a house barely three blocks away, I was shaken. It could just as easily have been my home! I wasn’t ready and I knew that with the current security infrastructure, my house would barely stand a chance against criminals. So, I called up Elite Locksmith Services. I read online on their site https://www.Dallas.Elite-Locksmith-Services.com that they offered free security audits, and that’s exactly the thing I was looking for. They were right on time and carried out the assessment in an organized manner. They’d identified plenty of weak spots, and Dave took the time to explain it all to me and advised me on what needs to be done. Without any second thought, I gave them the go-ahead! Two new locks, three fixed doors and a state-of-the-art security system later, I now feel completely secure. Thank you for doing an excellent job at an excellent price. Highly recommend to all in Dallas!!!!!

After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Elite Locksmith Services to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I just can’t stop showering praises on these guys, and I’ve got plenty of reasons to do so! First, when I called in Elite Locksmith Services with a service request, the dispatcher was ever so polite and assured me of immediate help. I was locked out of my home, and while my stress levels were running on an all-time high, his assurance definitely helped calm me down. Second, it only took them ten minutes to get there. For a person who has previously waited for hours on end for a locksmith to arrive, this superfast response came as a pleasant shock. And then, when it comes to the service, Tony had the lock opened up in a few minutes without inflicting the slightest damage on it! Truly incredible! For all I know, Tony is the best locksmith I’ve ever come across in Dallas, TX..... Highly-recommend them to all! I even checked out their website http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com, they’ve got great deals listed and their service list is so extensive that I’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for!

First, I live in the Dallas, TX and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Elite Locksmith Services and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Elite Locksmith Services to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

I was about to leave on a vacation and needed a new lock on my door to ensure that I didn’t return to a burgled home. It was 2:00 am and I doubted any locksmithing firm would be open at that hour. But I did find this place online that promised 24/7 availability on their website http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com and decided to give them a dry. Twenty minutes later, Dave arrived on the scene. After an assessment, he recommended that I get a deadbolt installed on the door as it was the best fit for my security requirements. I thought that he’d have to make his way back to the store to fetch the deadbolt but I was wrong. The van he came in had it all! I chose from a set of options, the installation was done in a few minutes and I was on my to a blissful weekend in Rome. I don’t think there’s any company in Dallas, TX that could match Elite Locksmith Services in terms of quality and affordability. They are simply the best!!!

I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I've used Elite Locksmith Services twice now. Once to add a deadbolt to my front door and then yesterday to add a lock in a closet door. Both times he quoted me a price on the phone and stuck to it on site. No extra charges or attempts to add things. Both times there were issues with the instal (very old building) but he stuck to his quote and was quick, tidy and friendly. It seems like the city is filled with swindlers in the locksmith dept. Elite Locksmith Services is for sure the exception. It's not cheap but i prefer to have an honest price up front than a lowball estimate that ends up much more because it was just a ploy to show up and add charges. You feel good about spending money with Elite Locksmith Services , they do a great job fast and efficiently.
