Our mission is to serve our customers with honesty, integrity and competence. Our goal is to provide home loans to our clients while providing them with the lowest interest rates and closing costs possible. Furthermore, we pledge to help borrowers overcome roadblocks that can arise while securing a loan. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1999. The purchase of my home in 1998 aroused a curiosity that led me to seek employment as a mortgage loan officer at a small local bank in the Greenwood area. My previous lack of knowledge as a home buyer made me want to be more of a mortgage loan consultant upon entering the mortgage field. Educating and presenting all options to my clients was my goal in addition to avoiding industry jargon when communicating to clients that, as I recall, intimidated me and confused me when I went through the loan process. I strive to never use the industry terms that we refer to everyday in the mortgage world that the first time home buyer or even the suave client may not understand.
