Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call Master Locksmith Store after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story). Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in Loveland , OH --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen. So what's the catch? There wasn't. He was in and out in within 20 minutes. And in the end, he reassured me that the whole-foot-on-the-doorknob thing is more common than one would think.

I usually don't write reviews but I guess I'l start now. I happened to lock myself out of my condo without my keys in my bag. I called Master Locksmith Store after reading good reviews and by all means, they quoted me a set price and told me the driver would show up within 40 minutes. Sure enough they showed up (okay 45 minutes) and I got in to my place in 10 minutes. Will Definitely recommend.

I called Master Locksmith Store and left a message, which was promptly returned by Paul, who was professional, polite and thorough in explaining who was going to be coming to my home. (A solace to a woman). The locksmith arrived on time, and he was exquisitely precise and neat. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. He spread paper to catch the drill shavings and cleaned up afterwards. He gave me some safety tips before he left. Come to think of it, I should have married him. Master Locksmith Store were so great with my finicky front door lock. Paul was on the phone for at least 30 min asking me questions and getting me to try a bunch of different things in order to avoid a service call. Mike was very prompt, efficient, and courteous. This was one of the only sites that quotes prices upfront - check. Dan presented options w/ no pressure - check. He does the job w/ a smile & a sense of humor - check. The service is top notch & that's what what matters the most. I will recommend Master Locksmith Store to anyone and everyone. Dan has a wide range of locks and will explain the differences in price points and features -- it's up to you to pick the one you want. I ended up with the deadbolt for the simple fact that I can take it with me.

We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more. So if you will need a Locksmith Company i really recomend this company they are the best in Loveland , OH

called Master Locksmith Store because my lock had become somewhat corroded... Keys were not fitting in easily. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)

Nearly every other locksmith I’d called up in Loveland , OH asked me to bring the lock to their shop. Apparently, they only provided on-call service for big issues. By big, I knew they meant those issues where they had the chance to make big money. I had a lot of other things to take care of at home and I just couldn’t run around town trying to get the lock fixed. Frustrated, I kept calling a few numbers I found on the net, but to no avail.
