WE WERE ROBBED BY THE LIMO COMPANY! They will not return phone calls. Do NOT book with this company. Very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Stay far, far away!!

How do I even start to tell you how horrible this company is first of all the driver wouldn't roll down the windows there was no A/C and 100 degree weather...(she said she didn't know how?) she refused to roll up the privacy window because she what's too frustrated about figuring out her navigation we had to walk 10 blocks to get to where we were going because the driver didn't know how to navigate Downtown Portland then an hour after us walking 10 blocks we call her to come pick us up she tells us that the limo was robbed and we can take it up with her boss that she wasn't going to come pick us up having to get the police involved to have her meet us she finally did but we had to walk to her once again so if she left the doors in the limo unlocked as she was sitting in the front in one of the worst parts of Portland and somebody decided to steal our stuff out of the back she said she called 911 but got automated messages the whole time didn't know how to lock the doors but when we showed up the doors are all locked she was completely rude to all of us she ended our time early. we talked with the company hoping they would make this right they told us she was completely in the wrong and would never drive for their company again and they would make it right now they are refusing to return any phone calls myself personally is out $400 because two sets of car keys were stolen and house keys and the company is just refusing to respond back to us to make this right I highly advise
