After breaking a key in my front door I called Galaxy Locksmith Store. The technician showed up promptly, removed the key and adjusted the lock to prevent future issues. The rate was very reasonable and much less than competitors. I highly recommend Galaxy Locksmith Store.

These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Galaxy Locksmith Store who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I called to set up an appointment for tomorrow to fix door cylinder with Galaxy Locksmith Store I was told my call would be returned so I could get an estimate and set up appt. time. My call was returned by Bob within 5 minutes. I sent him 3 pictures to determine the problem. Paul told me that he could tell me how to fix the problem myself and there was no need for them to come out..so in 3 minutes my lock was fixed over the phone. How fantastic is that... I chose Galaxy Locksmith Store based online reviews. I needed my locks re-keyed on my new house. I called this evening at about 6:00 pm, and by 7:45 the job had been completed. James called back within a few minutes, and Mike came over within about 45 minutes of my call. I had 4 knobs and 3 deadbolts re-keyed, and the total cost was less than I was expecting when I called. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. James was friendly when he called to inquire about my needs, and Mike, who came to my home, was professional and friendly as well.
