Master Lock & Key Store is the BEST, hands down. The technician they sent was super knowledgeable, friendly, fast and thorough with his job. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong key for my car online believing that I had received a great deal. Jack politely explained what went wrong and why it wouldn’t work. He then told me he’ll get what I wanted and the price quoted was the best I could find anywhere. He got the key made quickly and it worked amazingly. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. This is my second time already that I'd left my keys in the apt and the first time I call these guys. Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Master Lock & Key Store had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

I contacted Master Lock & Key Store about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me. I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue!
