This is a complaint : Veronica Solis, I am writing to you regarding my account ending on 1966. I been trying to resolve the above matter with you and the other ladies that work in the office. When I call in December I spoke to one of your co workers about my account. No one in this office has been professional at all and you have no customer service whatsoever. When you sold me this lot of course you were professional and nice but now that there is an issue you guys act rudely, mean and unprofessional. I had agree that starting in Feb 17 I would make a payment of $111 and March 17 the other and that I was going to go the 1st week of April to bring the full balance since I am almost done paying Once you agree to accept the payment is a verbal contract. So now I get a call last week that you need the full balance paid which is not possible , I told your co worker that I did not had the $1500- but that I could pay the months behind which is about $500- plus / and she said no that the owner wanted the full amount and not to pay anymore and you guys asked me to stop the payment of $111 for Feb 17 because the owner wanted to sale my lot since is in a good area. Do you know how illegal is what he is doing. I never refused to pay, I just got sick with Covid and your secretary - co worker laughed at me saying other people with Covid called to make arrangements of payments something she said I did not do which is not correct . Once she agree to take a payment of in Feb 17 is a verbal contract and there are laws that protect the consumer , you are not dealing with a ignorant , I know about law trust me I was a realtor and I am an investor , do the right thing and Tell your bosses to be more professional and take my calls and to stop hiding like a turtle in their shells, I am a client who is not denying payment . He can't get away with ripping people off - I have paid on time and you told me that yourself , it was just this last 4 months that I felt behind due to my illness . Is obvious you guys do not care and is sad but again there are laws and I will do all in my power to keep my lot and not allowed this so call seller to to rip me off . Have him call me 3rd request Again I have never refuse to pay and I was more than willing to pay the late feels - And I was going to come the 1st week of April to finish paying the balance and you refuse to this .
