Top notch work as always! Though I was in no hurry, City Locksmith Store sent a technician to my location within 20 minutes to get a new smart lock installed at my front door. David had a lot of options and he took the time to clearly explain the features and the pros and cons of each lock model. Once I’d made my pick, the installation process didn’t take long and he followed it up with a quick demo. Completely satisfied! The lock works flawlessly and it was offered at a discount from the market rate. The five star reviews are all true! Yader was wonderful - he responded to my call right away and arrived just when he said he would. He was professional, fast, friendly and most of all affordable. I will recommend City Locksmith Store to my friends and family in the neighborhood.

Last Saturday I had a appointment with City Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. He explained the bill to me which was just as expected. He was efficient and got the job done right! Would use them again in a heartbeat! The best Locksmith Company in Simsbury , CT
