After I dealt with the legal hassle of evicting the tenants from the property, I knew something much worse lay await. Finding a reliable locksmith in Tempe, AZ was quite a challenge, and though I’d made an appointment a week earlier with a firm I found online, they cancelled on me. Thankfully, I found Logan Locksmith Shop and these guys made it all so easy on me. Arrived within twenty minutes of calling and rekeyed all the locks within an hour. Cleaned up everything and even offered to give my neighbor a coupon for services after she let us use her electric outlet mine was too far from the bike. SO NICE & GENUINE. I can't recommend this Logan Locksmith Shop enough. Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Logan Locksmith Shop and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Logan Locksmith Shop ! :) :) :)

Is it weird I almost want to get locked out again so I can call Lockbusters? Yeah, my experience was that great. After coming home at 2am beers may or may not have been involved, I soon realized that a lock on my door that I didn't have a key for had decided it didn't like being taped down, and chose to unlock itself at that very inopportune moment. That next morning, kicking the door in with my boots, attacking it with pink screwdrivers and attempting to scale the fire escape all failed. Defeated, I looked up a lock smith online to come rescue me. I called Logan Locksmith Shop and reqwest a service the tech called me right back, told me he would be there in 20 minutes. He was at my apartment right on the dot and busted my door open in literally less than 2 min. I was sorta embarrassed at how easily he did it though he assured me the lock had definitely flipped. For a little extra he sorted me out with a new lock and keys in less than 3 minutes and also fixed my sticky door knob. 5 minutes TOTAL I was back in my apartment with my feet up and had also gotten to check off a niggly to-do off my apartment repair list. No muss, no fuss and an A+ experience to cap off what had been a pretty shizzy night of homelessness. I wouldn't call or recommend anyone else. Thanks, Logan Locksmith Shop.

We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. We were left with a $140 bill and a busted lock! We called Logan Locksmith Shop to come fix it at 10:30 PM. They were here in 17 minutes, fixed the lock and hardly charged us anything. I never leave internet reviews but I felt compelled to tell others about this great service. CALL THEM IF YOU EVER NEED A LOCKSMITH FOR GOOD SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES.
