There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. I recently contacted Interstate Locksmith Shop about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage. Boy am I glad my fiance found Interstate Locksmith Shop online. We just moved to Mt Holly , NJ and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Mt Holly , NJ to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.
