To me, all that mattered was great customer service. Having dealt with rude, angry, impatient, incompetent, and dishonest locksmiths in Glendale, AZ in the past, I thought good customer service was a forgotten art. However, Metro Master Locksmith managed to alter than notion. Polite, friendly, talented and honest, they are an excellent paradigm of how service should be provided. I called Metro Master Locksmith in Glendale, AZ to change the locks on my new apartment, and Dave was great: knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and responsive. I'd gladly use Metro Master Locksmith again.

I called Metro Master Locksmith based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.

LOVE Metro Master Locksmith ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off! Great to work with - we'll definitely be using him for future locksmithing!

How can you not be amazed by a company that already has a solid five stars? Thanks for making it easy to pick a locksmith! 1st Star: has 24/7 service. 2nd Star: Tech was exactly on time, 8am. And chipper as can be. 3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job. 4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed. 5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got. I would not hesitate a second to recommend Metro Master Locksmith to anyone.

Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. Metro Master Locksmith is Ace ! I would recommend them to anyone

In a moment of brilliance, I locked myself out of my apartment and they were here within an hour. The Metro Master Locksmith was efficient, professional, and called ahead of time to let me know he when he was on his way from his last job. Pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them!
