They’re always on time, the technicians are polite, friendly and get the job done in quick time – and the best part is that they’re available 24/7. I usually hire them after 10 pm or 11 pm, because that’s when I get off from work, and I’ve never been levied any extra charges for it. I bought a car at auction and it came without keys. I needed a new key made in order to operate the vehicle. I usually don't write reviews but I guess I'l start now. I happened to lock myself out of my condo without my keys in my bag. I called Master Locksmith Store after reading good reviews and by all means, they quoted me a set price and told me the driver would show up within 40 minutes. Sure enough they showed up (okay 45 minutes) and I got in to my place in 10 minutes. Will Definitely recommend.

I have to say that these guys went above and beyond. I got locked out of my boyfriend' car and he was out of town. They tried more than 30 key palmutations before they got it, at a cost loss to themselves. They were champs. Highly recommend Master Locksmith Store.

I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to Logan Locksmith Shop. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Logan Locksmith Shop I talked to a person in Silver Spring, MD right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Logan Locksmith Shop has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

Turning my key upon returning home, the cylinder surrounding the key popped out. Pins went flying everywhere. My jaw dropped--locks aren't supposed to just break! But within five minutes, I'd regained my composure well enough to do a quick search online. Lock & Locksmith Services came out at the top of my list, so I called and spoke to possibly the most pleasant professional ever. Our locksmith was out at the time, but he set an appointment for a few hours later and even showed up a few minutes early. He was visibly competent and worked fast, all while keeping up a friendly conversation and explaining what he was doing. Even though it turned out we needed to replace the whole lock, the total price was still well within reach. He even accepted our credit card via an app on his iPhone. Highly recommended.

I chose Master Locksmith Store based online reviews. I needed my locks re-keyed on my new house. I called this evening at about 6:00 pm, and by 7:45 the job had been completed. James called back within a few minutes, and Mike came over within about 45 minutes of my call. I had 4 knobs and 3 deadbolts re-keyed, and the total cost was less than I was expecting when I called. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. James was friendly when he called to inquire about my needs, and Mike, who came to my home, was professional and friendly as well. If I were to need their service again, I would definitely give them a call.
