Tired of losing my keys over and over again, I decided to do something about it. All my neighbors had those tech-savvy electronic keypad locks installed, and I wanted one too. A trip down the hardware store and a $100 bill later, I finally thought this was going to put an end to my key-loss woes – but I was wrong. Barely a week passed before I found myself staring at a dead lock that refused to let me in. My neighbor suggested that I ring up All Day Locksmith Service for help, which I did.
Within 15 minutes, Joe arrived, took one look at the lock and dismissed it as a cheap imitation of a Schlage lock. I couldn’t believe I had spent so much money on a worthless lock. A trip down the hardware store and a $100 bill later, I finally thought this was going to put an end to my key-loss woes – but I was wrong. These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called All Day Locksmith Service who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot.
The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.

Best customer service experience I have had in Burbank , IL. There was an error in communication for my appointment but Dave made sure that I still received my lock installation as soon as possible. He also noticed a poor installation of the lock with missing screws by my landlord and made sure to correct the issue and replace the screws. It is comforting to know that you can receive good customer service in this Burbank , IL especially when it comes to a situation as important as your safety regarding your locks.

Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call All Day Locksmith Service after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story).
Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in Burbank , IL --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen.
So what's the catch? There wasn't. He was in and out in within 20 minutes. And in the end, he reassured me that the whole-foot-on-the-doorknob thing is more common than one would think.
