I was locked out. All I did was step out of my home to take the trash out and the door had slammed shut. Frustrated, I turned to the trusted firm Expert Locksmith Shop and asked their help. Having discovered them online on https://www.Warren.Expert-Locksmith-Shop.com a few months back, I have hired them a couple of times, but never under such circumstances. I had all my hopes pinned on them – and sure enough, they did not let me down! Danny arrived within minutes, and unlocked the door in no time. He even altered the lock mechanism so it wouldn’t shut automatically and lock me out again. Excellent services! If you live in Warren, NJ, you can’t get any better! Expert Locksmith Shop is the BEST!!!

How often have you been duped by locksmiths? Perhaps, several times. I, for one, have hired over ten different locksmiths in Warren, NJ and I’ve never been completely satisfied with any of them. That is until Expert Locksmith Shop came long. I found their website https://www.Warren.Expert-Locksmith-Shop.com purely by chance and decided to give it a shot. After all, what harm could it bring? I needed a chain lock on my front door. Barely fifteen minutes had passed since I'd made that call to Expert Locksmith Shop when my doorbell rang. Jack was extremely friendly and courteous and had the door fitted with a new lock. Despite making a house call, there weren't any convenience charges added in the bill and I found the rates to be very reasonable. I must say, I've finally found a locksmith that I'm going to stick to forever. Can't recommend them enough!

I'm right there with everyone else - Expert Locksmith Shop absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing. What more could you ask for?

Tony the guy who came to help me out from Expert Locksmith Shop only left me waiting like 20 minutes even though when I called he was on the UES. He was so nice and popped the door open in a jiffy for a flat rate of... wait for it... 49 bucks. that's kind of amazing. he even fixed my door so that I never automatically get locked out again. I got locked out of my apartment in the middle of the night with no phone or anything on me. I had a local business call a Expert Locksmith Shop for me - unfortunately, that locksmith was online for someone else to replace the cylinder, and that's how I found Expert Locksmith Shop ! I'm so glad I did. I called them the next day and they had someone out to my place within an hour. The guy who came was friendly and did the job extremely quickly and efficiently - for only $89! I'll never use another locksmith again. Thanks, Expert Locksmith Shop - I just wish I had found you sooner!

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Expert Locksmith Shop is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Warren, NJ company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!

After asking around, a colleague shared the link to https://www.Warren.Expert-Locksmith-Shop.com - a firm that provided free security consultations. I wasn’t going to say no to anything free now, was I? I hired them, and a team from Expert Locksmith Shop arrived quickly. Once they inspected every nook and corner of my property, they gave me a complete insight of where the security of my property stood. The door needed repairs and the lock on the front door was apparently too outdated. I was impressed by how thorough they were with their job and asked them to go ahead with the repairs/installation. The consultation cost me nothing, while the security upgrade work came at a nominal price. I’ve got no reason to complain at all.
