Bear Renovations just finished installing a metal shingle roof on our home and garage. Mike gave us an estimate with a start date and completion date. He started the job on time, and finished before the completion date. His crew were very efficient, courteous, and thoroughly cleaned up each day. The whole job took only 4 1/2 days for 35 square, including the tear off of old shingles. I felt that his quote was fair and a good value. The shingles I picked out had a 50 year guarantee. I would recommend him highly.

I'm afraid I can't leave a recommendation. This company still owes me from work that was never performed. I made the mistake of giving them a down payment. I have tried to resolve this matter many times without success, just excuses and promises. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Bear Renovations put on a new roof on my office building.They tore off the old shingles and put on the new ones in the same day. The grounds were clean and business was not disrupted. The cost was reasonable and the crew was friendly and very professional. Our family highly recommends Bear Renovations.

I own BMB roofing and renovations llc, I was a subcontractor for mike for 3 months takeing on roofing jobs for mike, in my 3 months it wasn’t easy, having to pick up material such as extra bundles of shingles, tar, staples etc. as well as putting extra work into jobs that weren’t apart of the original agreed bids and never getting paid for the extra work, as well as paying out of my own pocket for materials mike failed to supply or have enough of such as extra bundles of shingles, osb board, tar, flashing etc, as a sub contractor for mike I was told never to disclose that I was a sub contractor but that I was employed thru bear renovations wich was not the case, I went from subcontracting for mike until winter then decided to be employed by mike at this time I have around 500$ that is still owed to me that mike is failing to pay and refuses to, as anyone looking for a good roofing or elremodeling company I would look elsewhere, I’m looking out for the small home owners and if you can’t trust the guy who’s working on your home then your in jeopardy, and your home might not even be being done by bear renovations but a sub contractor as I wasn’t the only sub crew mike hired at the time, some jobs by other crews weren’t done right by some sub crews and never fixed by mikes crews so to say your home is as mike says it “showcase” quality is a fluke and it’s just his selling line, I’ve been in this business for a long time now and would recommend many other company’s
