Accustomed to waiting for locksmiths for hours, these guys took me by surprise by getting there within twenty minutes. And it’s not just their arrival that was fast – they were quick with the job too. The lock replacement barely took them minutes. I’m going to hire them again! I've used Galaxy Locksmith Store twice now. Once to add a deadbolt to my front door and then yesterday to add a lock in a closet door. Both times he quoted me a price on the phone and stuck to it on site. No extra charges or attempts to add things. Both times there were issues with the instal (very old building) but he stuck to his quote and was quick, tidy and friendly. It seems like the city is filled with swindlers in the locksmith dept. Galaxy Locksmith Store is for sure the exception. It's not cheap but i prefer to have an honest price up front than a lowball estimate that ends up much more because it was just a ploy to show up and add charges. I usually don't write reviews but I guess I'l start now. I happened to lock myself out of my condo without my keys in my bag. I called Galaxy Locksmith Store after reading good reviews and by all means, they quoted me a set price and told me the driver would show up within 40 minutes. Sure enough they showed up (okay 45 minutes) and I got in to my place in 10 minutes. Will Definitely recommend Galaxy Locksmith Store.

When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends.
