All I needed was copy keys, however, nearly every other hardware store I visited denied service to me stating that the key belonged to a high security lock and was difficult to duplicate. Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Atlantic Locksmith Store is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Bothell, WA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!

Call it dedication or commitment, I must say, I commend Atlantic Locksmith Store for going out of their way to help me. My home was located at a remote corner of Bothell, WA, perhaps that’s what made it a soft target for burglars. Who knew getting a door lock could actually be enjoyable? I needed a deadbolt lock installed so I called Atlantic Locksmith Store , was able to get an appointment immediately, Ben was really friendly and a super cool guy, their prices are much cheaper than other lock services, can pay by cash or credit...all in all, perfect service!

After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond. I'm right there with everyone else - Atlantic Locksmith Store absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing.
