I was in desperate need for help and called a random locksmith I found listed online. An hour had passed, and yet, there was no sign of them. I decided to call a few more locksmiths. Within 20 minutes, Gary from Lock & Key Shop arrived on location and helped unlock the car door. As for the other locksmiths I’d called, I didn’t hear from most of them, and there was one, who called me after I’d reached home. I’d been away on a long vacation and when I came back home, there was a terrible sight awaiting me. The locks to my front door were broken, and whoever had broken into the property did away with most of the electronic goods. Thankfully, I hadn’t lost much, but the experience left me shaken nevertheless. After dealing with the authorities, the first thing I needed was – a locksmith. I’d moved into Independence only recently and didn’t know any reliable locksmith. My neighbor suggested Lock & Key Shop and I must say, I’m very impressed with these guys. It was around 9 pm when I called these guys. They sent a technician to my place within 15 minutes. From the way they carried themselves to the manner in which they carried out the job, it was evident that they were complete pros. Within an hour, they’d fixed damage, replaced the lock on the front door with a high security one to prevent similar mishaps in the future and charged me a reasonable price for it all. Fantastic experience with Lock & Key Shop. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!
