I needed a top lock with a plate cover and not really knowing what locksmiths do besides let you in when you're locked out I didn't realize at first that I needed to call one. When i check online its help me to find Neighborhood Locksmith and thank goodness. Scott set up an appointment for a few days later, called the day of to let me know how his schedule was going, showed up early with warning, and did an all around awesome job. I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Neighborhood Locksmith and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Neighborhood Locksmith ! :)

Neighborhood Locksmith did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. But the friendliness and quality of work was great and the price was a fraction of the price of Baldinos. I Highly recommend Neighborhood Locksmith !

We managed to get ourselves locked out of an interior door in our house, and we called Neighborhood Locksmith of course, based on the reviews online. The tech quickly gave us a call back from our message and gave us a reasonable price which was way cheaper than some other places we called before him. I don't anticipate needing a locksmith again (fingers crossed), but if I do, I will definitely be giving Neighborhood Locksmith a call again when i need them.

I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed by the service I figured I had to share. Found Neighborhood Locksmith online because of their rave reviews, loved that they displayed prices online, and after writing then about setting up an appointment, Jerry replied almost immediately and we set up an appointment for the next day. Jerry showed up on time actually 3 min early and went to work. Apparently my door has some issues because it is crooked but Jerry made it work and reassured me that it was still super safe. Price was exactly what was displayed online so there were no surprises. After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Neighborhood Locksmith to see if I could get someone to come and help me out.
