I needed a deadbolt replacement, and figured there’s only one way to know for certain – try them out. I called General Locksmith Store, the dispatcher promised to send the team within fifteen minutes. I received a follow-up call stating the team would be five minutes late to the stipulated time. And sure enough, twenty minutes later, John and David were at my doorstep and got the job done quickly. Excellent coordination, friendly technicians, good response and professional demeanor - General Locksmith Store deserves every bit of the praise it has received and is definitely the best in Osprey , FL 34229… Will call again for sure!

After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond. He was so helpful and professional and a joy to talk to. They offer some peace of mind, I want to pay it forward by leaving another 5-star review. General Locksmith Store are rad.

Henrry is a rockstar. Unbelievably prompt, friendly communication, plus he set up a time to change out my locks outside of their normal service area on the day I was leaving town. Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but General Locksmith Store salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys! Had a great experience with General Locksmith Store today -- fabulous service, and on a Sunday, too! Todd was prompt, courteous, efficient, and explained everything very well as he did his work. We needed a deadbolt installed from scratch on a hollow metal door and metal frame and after looking around with no luck to have someone install the thing, Dave was all "no problem" and quoted a very fair price, So we go with General Locksmith Store. He banged it out in no time at all and was such a sweet guy (and a cutie) that I was a little bummed he was done so quickly. We have a dog who is kind of a pest (read: a really mouthy little pest...lol) and most strangers who come by to do work in our house find him at least mildly annoying (with good reason.) But not Dave. He was absolutely darling to him and took out his phone to show me a pic of his own super adorable furry bundle of joy. Can't recommend Dave highly enough for all your lock needs. Solid guys. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for and we wanted a high security lock installed. They got it done right away, even though they didn't have the part, they went to get it, came back the SAME DAY and finished the installation. These guys stand behind their work which is always a mark of quality. Avi literally said to me "I'm not leaving until you're happy with this." You can't get any better. We have a pretty heavy duty lock I guess, we had no idea until he started working on it, but pretty soon he unlocked it and even did a little maintenance on it before he left!!
