First of all, this is my first ever review. The service by Expert Locksmith Shop was so phenomenal that it would be a crime if I didn’t leave out a well-deserved review for them. Joe went the extra mile to make sure I regained access to my vehicle again and made not one, but two keys. And it doesn’t stop there, he even provided great info on getting a remote lock without emptying my wallet for the same. It’s reassuring to know that there’s a locksmith in Boston that isn’t trying to rip people off. Will hire again and take the advice on upgrading the lock. Danny was very friendly, came on time, laid out our options and made recommendations, but was not at all pushy and did not haggle the price, unlike other sketchy locksmiths I've had before. Everything the rest of the Online say is true, which is why I called these guys. They are simply the best - reasonably priced, professional, speedy. It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Boston, MA , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called <Company Nmae> and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.) He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.) He got my into my apartment in no time. I will never call another locksmith, ONLY TO: Expert Locksmith Shop.

First, I live in the Boston, MA and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Expert Locksmith Shop and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Expert Locksmith Shop to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

Friendly staff and the upfront pricing they provide is a plus! I’ve received several shockers from locksmiths in the past. They’ve got this innate talent to add up ridiculous charges to the final bill. In fact, one of them charged me extra because I called him up at 5:30 pm, thirty minutes after regular business hours.
