I needed a deadbolt replacement, and figured there’s only one way to know for certain – try them out. I called Master Lock & Key Store, the dispatcher promised to send the team within fifteen minutes. I received a follow-up call stating the team would be five minutes late to the stipulated time. And sure enough, twenty minutes later, John and David were at my doorstep and got the job done quickly. Excellent coordination, friendly technicians, good response and professional demeanor - Master Lock & Key Store deserves every bit of the praise it has received and is definitely the best in Euless, TX 76039… Will call again for sure!

I literally have nothing bad to say about these Master Lock & Key Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Euless, TX and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Master Lock & Key Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

Caught an advert recently on TV for a voice-activated lock and ordered it right away. I had a thing for all things tech and I just couldn’t miss out on this one! It worked fine for a week but after that, there was a considerable drop in the performance, and the troubles kept mounting up day after day. I decided to call someone to take a look at the nearly useless $200 lock. After Jones from Master Lock & Key Store took a look, he confirmed my worst fear. The lock was of the worst quality and had I waited a little longer, I’d have either been locked out of my own home or would have returned to a burgled home. Jones was strictly against products advertized on telly. According to him, they are either fake or overpriced. Well, my two-hundred bucks were gone! Wish I’d received that piece of info earlier. Nevertheless, Jones got a new lock installed, a far better one at a modest price! From now on, I’m only relying on his advice for all things related to locks. At half past 10p on a Monday night, there is nothing more annoying than a busted deadbolt that you cannot open when leftover Smith & Wollensky is in one hand and workout clothes in the other. I had been waiting for the day/night when my MacGyver skills would fail, or more accurately, the poor install would crumble. The cylinder could almost be pulled out and key parts of the cylinder had fallen. Applying pressure or shifting the key itself would not matter. I called the first listing populated by online and gleefully saw that Master Lock & Key Store operated beyond 6p. Really? Who gets home by 6p in this working world. The dispatcher took details of the situation on the phone and promised the repair man would be there in 30 minutes. Not two minutes later, the aforementioned repair man called to say he was 17 minutes away. 20 minutes passed and he was parked across my street. He deftly applied another method to the lock when a simpler version failed. Once the main parts were removed, the replacement deadbolt took a mere 2 minutes. I tested the two keys, and he wrote a receipt. Cash or charge is acceptable. Discover is even OK, which is rare in Euless, TX. The fee for lock removal is $79 and lock replacement is another $79. $158 plus tax. I am getting reimbursed, so his timeliness and jovial customer service was much appreciated as I wanted to sleep more than anything. Pretty much the best experience I've had in the city, period. They were friendly and accommodating towards my schedule. Arrived on time, installed my top lock in 20 minutes, barely made a mess, and didn't mind me asking questions about the whole process. $100.00 + Tip = totally worth it. I would recommend them to everyone I know and need a locksmith service.

Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Master Lock & Key Store had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Is it weird I almost want to get locked out again so I can call Lockbusters? Yeah, my experience was that great. After coming home at 2am beers may or may not have been involved, I soon realized that a lock on my door that I didn't have a key for had decided it didn't like being taped down, and chose to unlock itself at that very inopportune moment. That next morning, kicking the door in with my boots, attacking it with pink screwdrivers and attempting to scale the fire escape all failed. For a little extra he sorted me out with a new lock and keys in less than 3 minutes and also fixed my sticky door knob. 5 minutes TOTAL I was back in my apartment with my feet up and had also gotten to check off a niggly to-do off my apartment repair list. AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. Every service in world should run their company like Edwardo: COURTEOUS, COMMUNICATIVE, HONEST, MODERN, and RELIABLE. This company is a rare gem. Service was great! I don’t think I can find any better in Euless, TX 76039. The technician was friendly and knew his job very well. I needed a new set of keys on an urgent basis. Their website https://www.Euless.Master-Lock-Key-Store.com had mentioned that they offered 24 hour services at no extra charges and true to their word, I was charged only for the keys and wasn’t billed for the hour I’d requested service in ( which was 11:30 pm). Highly recommend Master Lock & Key Store to all! If you’re in an emergency, you can count on them completely!
