Good response, super fast arrival time, friendly and talented technicians, a staggering assortment of locks and affordable pricing. Plus, their service is completely mobile which means you don’t have to visit the workshop yourself. Besides the convenience, they also give you the complete freedom to choose your own time of appointment. I fixed mine at 11 pm. I’ve hired several firms in Camden, NJ in the past and it’s not hard for me to adjudge the best of the lot. Take my word for it and hire Neighborhood Locksmith Store. I’m sure you’ll not find a reason to complain.

I found Neighborhood Locksmith Store via Online and I figured the multiple five-star reviews had to be accurate (which was certainly the case). Both of our locks needed some work, and we were in contact with Jacob several times while deciding on various options. Jacob is super-friendly and he arrived very promptly on both occasions (he had to check out the problem initially). He's also very accommodating in terms of a timeframe for appointments.

I literally have nothing bad to say about these Neighborhood Locksmith Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Camden, NJ and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Neighborhood Locksmith Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did. To the point of dialing 856-532-0048 to the arrival of the technician at my place, it only took around 15 minutes. I’ve had bitter experiences with locksmiths from Camden, NJ in the past, and the super fast service provided by Neighborhood Locksmith Store was a refreshing change. Will definitely hire again!!

These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Neighborhood Locksmith Store who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.

Bob from Neighborhood Locksmith Store was the only locksmith company that got back to me on a weekend and was very courteous and professional and quick turn around time to make keys for a 4plex. He was very reasonably priced and the only one working on the weekend. Great service, great price, and professional the trifecta! He accepts credit card payments and emails receipt on the spot.. I recommend him 100%! He earned 5 stars for sure in my book! =)

I just moved to a new place and I noticed that previous tenant had been coming back to get his mail. So I figured why not change the mailbox lock and also get the locks to my door re-keyed. The mailbox lock was easy to swap out by myself. But for the re-keying I needed a pro. I checked Online and the only one I found around me with reputable ratings was Neighborhood Locksmith Store. I called in the morning while waiting for cable guy (who was late as expected) and sure enough they had availability for late afternoon and gave me a fixed price for the job. Dave said he could be there around 5:30 or 6. Fine by me. I get a call from Dave at 4:30 saying he can make it even earlier. Great!!! He shows up at 4:45. The work was quick despite problems with my fancy Omnia locks. He gets the job done and I'm good to go. He even grinded the deadbolt hole to make the lock easier to turn. Great service and I'll be sure to contact them anytime for any locksmith services.
