I apologized profusely but he merely smiled it off and got down to work. He was done within ten minutes. Right when I thought I’d never find a reliable locksmith in Cranston, RI, the guys at Galaxy Locksmith Store managed to change my mind! Having lost the only key I had to my home, I was locked out! The neighbors had gone on a vacation and being new to Cranston, RI, I knew no one else whom I could ask for help. Eventually, I ended up looking online for help and found http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. The firm had rave reviews online and decided to give them a try. What’s the worst that could happen? Half an hour later, I found myself on the couch, watching TV and unwinding after a long day. The superfast service of Galaxy Locksmith Store had me amazed! They didn’t even charge me an absurdly high call-out fee for late night service, like others do! I can’t praise them enough… 10 on 10 for their service!!

A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)
